1.1 Service Availability
Our services are available during standard operating hours. We strive to accommodate special requests subject to availability.
2. Booking and Scheduling
To schedule a service, please contact us through our designated channels. We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for standard bookings.
2.1 Cancellations
Clients may cancel or reschedule services up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without incurring a fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including cash, check, and major credit cards.
3.1 Late Payments
Late payments may incur a surcharge of 5% of the total invoice amount per week overdue.
4. Pricing and Estimates
All services are priced based on the scope and complexity of the work. We provide detailed estimates prior to commencing any work.
4.1 Price Adjustments
Prices may be adjusted if there are significant changes to the scope of work after the initial estimate has been provided.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing clear access to the property
- Ensuring that all areas to be serviced are free from obstructions
- Informing us of any specific requirements or concerns

Any delays caused by restricted access may affect the service schedule and could result in additional charges.
6. Health and Safety
We adhere to strict health and safety guidelines to protect both our staff and clients. It is essential that clients also comply with safety protocols during service delivery.
6.1 Hazardous Conditions
If any hazardous conditions are identified, services may be paused until the issue is resolved.
7. Liability
James Gardeners is insured for property damage and personal injury. We are not liable for any pre-existing damages or issues not related to our services.
7.1 Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless James Gardeners against any claims arising from misuse of our services.
8. Confidentiality
All client information is kept confidential and is only used for the purpose of providing services. We do not share client data with third parties without explicit consent.

9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any terms outlined herein.

Upon termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered will become immediately due.

13. Intellectual Property

14. Severability
